Rabid 1,936
I'm looking to get one to catch the scruffy c**ts who keep robbing the gardens near me ,cheers, What distance away.....you can knock up one of those FPV that they use on the drones pretty cheaply Even the cheap stuff will give you a 500m signal......then you can watch live stream Tell me more, what is an fpv, sounds like it would be perfect to watch my poultry pens that are about 100 metres away. Its First Person View its what they use on those remote control drones You can buy a kit like this.....All that needed is a couple of batteries and plastic project box to put camera / sender / battery in http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FPV-7-5-8G-FPV-Display-HD-HDMI-Camera-Monitor-Receiver-TS5823-for-Drone-/231919170703?hash=item35ff75b48f:g:4ucAAOSw2GlXFzt6 Or you can buy bits you want from the likes of these http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-700TVL-13-Cmos-FPV-110-Degree-Camera-w32CH-Transmission-p-965760.html?p=YL2512105842201212FR&AID=12202217&PID=3836173&SID=ikee1kyuuw0004o402ecu&source=affiliate&utm_source=Banggood_CJ&utm_medium=commission_junction&utm_campaign=OpenPilot&utm_content=sandy Quote Link to post
jacknife 2,005
I bought one of these monitors as it has the receiver and battery all built in http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Boscam-RX-LCD5802-LCD-Diversity-Receiver-7-Inch-Monitor-LED-Backlight-FPV-/131211473587?hash=item1e8cd032b3:g:URkAAOxymmJTlSge Then i just bought a little cheap camera / sender / Arial / Zippy 1000 battery and a project box to put it in Then for it to work in night vision you just need to heat the small glass plate on the camera lens with a soldering iron to remove it and whack an IR torch on it Depending on the land ill get 300/500m range Quote Link to post
