I've just bought a bsa ultra for my lad to use.

Tonight we were plunking and somehow a .177 pellet has dropped down and into the hole where the bolt magazine feeder comes from. The bolt will only pull back and forth now and won't lift.

I've took the action from stock and can't see a way off getting into the internals to hunt for the rogue pellet !.

Anyone have any advice ?

Thanks

easy way is to take the trigger unit off the rifle. but you may need to drill out the anti tamper aluminium cap if its never been took apart before that is the silver cap on the back trigger bolt. once that's off you will be able to pull the bolt back and see. I get a lot of ultras in with the same problem.
