secretagentmole 1,701 Posted June 25, 2016 Report Share Posted June 25, 2016 just got a very nice falcon prairie from a lad on here (carl williamson) for a great price,(cheers carl) and bought a photon 6.5x50 nv scope to put on it, cant weight to get out with it,,, r10 super carbine for day and falcon prairie multie for night, both .177 What is it about us shooters? At the time of year when the nights are at their shortest (under 6 hours) we buy ruddy night vision equipment? I did exactly the same a few years ago.... Quote Link to post

The best add on is a Ward D-800 ,the 700 was a great bit of kit but the new 800 one is even better Quote Link to post

After along while and loads of messing finally got it zeroed but feel it's pretty useless as a day scope. I don't think they are that good at night either ,even with a different IR . Had a look through one with 105mm lens on , still crap IMO and no where near good as a ward D-700 add on Quote Link to post
