I can never understand people wanting lamps that reach the next county...get yourselves a f***ing decent catch dog & you only need a torch lads ? haha

Dai are the switches better than them shite ones on the Lightforces? Or are they kind of standard for them plastic type lamps? £90 is a decent price if its as good as you say bud, what amazes me is fol

Wished I hadn't read this thread,,I'm even more confused ,,,lol   To much choose ,,,which one is the best,,,longest brightest beam,,,but with the battery in the lamp,,not an external one,,and lasts

A 15w led is just as powerful as a 50w halogen and I'd gamble the 45w led will blow a hid away ,just better technology.

I had a hid 240 no brighter than the latest led lamps I'd love to see an led with a huge reflector just to see what they can do

well I put it next to a led 150 and it blew it a new arsehole. Are you speaking from experience?

I was lighting up houses in heavily light polluted area 670 yards? Lol my 140 50 w halogen looks like a tea light next to my HID

Well like I say I have a HID 240 here and a 150 and a 170,a couple of dais other lamps too, so Yea talking out of experience.

What said a 150 blows the 170 away

So I'd gamble a lamp with 3x that 15w

Would be brighter than an hid.

I would try it if got dark before my bed time :D

I know it not about the brightest lamp Fuji but the guy asked for furthest distance and after seeing the whole deben/lightforce range, clulite and 150 LED I gave an honest opinion.

Even though it's bright it supprising how it holds the rabbits in squat and doesn't spook rest of the field too.

I can't fault mine. Only down fall would be price

No mate the little 150 does me . Plenty for a few rabbits

;) tried the dinner plate size lamps they ain't for me

added bonus is they can be threw over a hedge if you nee to without having to throw a £200 battery an £150 lamp :)

I was just having a laugh in my last post folks haha...I've seen one of them HID Lightforce 240 Blitz lamps in action & that was one mother f****r piece of equipment, would of been brilliant back in the day for lurcher lads who ran old Charlie boy, there would be little chance of him getting in the shadows towards the beam end of an average lamp & making good his escape that's for sure..i quite liked the lamp,it never spooked the quarry even with its piercing beam of light, was just a bit cumbersome to hold for a useless git like me

170mm reflector on mine , I can't use a blitz I feel like throwing it after ten minutes. Lol

Anywhere I lamp is miles from home so no point ditching lamp , May aswell carry it and if I get caught with or without won't make much a difference. Hardly say Iv drove 70+ miles to walk my dog 12+ am lol

No just thinking they'd probably take it off you anyway ,being equipped etc,so rather put in over a hedge and go back ,.

Agree the 240s are far too big for me although they throw a good beam ,these days is sooner have something a bit less cumbersome especially if you lamp out of a van I find I forget and nearly knock the windows out

why would i buy something and leave it in the cupboard maybe thats something you would do but not me.i would be using it must nights.if if a person is not sure if it would last then i will not buy

Lol it was just an example.

You might as well ask someone how long a pair of boots will last you without telling them how often you're going to use them and how well you will take care of them. It could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 years.

The lamps are well made but they ain't bullet proof.

a never asked if they were bullet proof asked if they would last a season to me a seasons out must nights and he anserd so there was need for your post

Ok buddy ?
