Jo Cox wasn't a labour mp for very long and I don't think she was a career politician as such. She voted for by her constituents from what I can gather because she was open and friendly. She championed local businesses and from what I can gather from locals interviewed that she was an old style labourite sticking up for and representing them unlike other mps.

I don't think she was a corbynite and didn't necessarily support all of labour's policies.

Her death was nothing but cold blooded murder unexcusable in the slightest degree.

Agree totally.

The left wing apologists are now trying to score brownie points off the back of this incident now which is pretty much how they work.

Remember the wee Syrian boy on the beach?.

This young womans death is tragic and being used by people for political gain and exposure.

Hilary Clinton sticking her oar in now, anyone think Clinton actually gives a fcuk.

RIP, but I can't help thinking it's what's needed as the right have been bullied into near non existence by the left, they get labelled every type of label if they show any type of patriotism and are called nazi, racist, homophobic, islamaphob, etc etc, for too long the native peoples of the right wing in GB have been herded into a pressure cooker, well it's just exploded. Vote out. God bless her kids

Christian ?

Pseudo Christianity is very popular......

I consider myself a Christian but I'm also only human and fallible and you can't help the way you have been made to feel.....so I can sympathise with Lens point of view.

The deeply sad part is that she was a mother and a wife but there is also a little voice in my head saying that not so long ago she was voting to send other people's sons, fathers, brothers and sisters to a war zone to be killed in a conflict started by a political elite she chose to become part of........there's plenty mourning their loved ones who will never have the chance of life because their young lives were lost in Iraq, Afghanistan, The 7/7 bombings because of political war mongering !

Sterling has risen half a percent, the euro has made gains in the last 24hrs due to and I quote " traders think the murder of a pro European mp will make a significant difference to the outcome with people changing their vote to remain".

One little known labour mp in exchange for the European dream?.

What government hasn't got blood on its hands? Have we all got blood on our hands as voters? Have we all got it coming? You can go on & on with that logic mate.....but I get where you're coming from.

To me it wouldn't matter what political persuasion she came from, I wouldn't be looking for a vague justification that fits my 'in/out' stance at present........but we're all different, thankfully.....
