If it had been my kid they wouldn't have been paddling in water that holds Alligators in the first place.

I,d still want the c**t dead

See the father got wounded on his arms trying to save his boy, imagine reliving that every time you close your eyes, Poor boy and poor family rip.

Tragic ...apparently there are signs warning about alligators ...which if you build a resort in an alligator infested swamp you are going to get , how on earth do you go near the water ..complacency with prehistoric animals is a disaster that has sadly come to be ...my condolences to his family ..

It would tear you apart to see that happen to your kid, let's hope they get the bloody thing, and at least try and give closure to the family,

Yeah because a wild animal is guilty of murder. Should it be put on trail and be hung?

I've heard there was no warning signs? It was on a little beach apparently and the kid was only up to his ankles in water.

the animal was acting naturally I never said it wasn't, it's still bad on the family though, and if it was my child I would want to find it and sort it, and in some ways the parents should know better, these animals are prolific over there, however it now has a taste for people, it has no fear of people, so something needs to be done,to make the animal safe, or make people safe from the animal,

I remember seeing aligators in florida crossing the roads and cars stopping to let them cross on the freeway and at cape Canaveral space center they were in the ditches at the side of the road ,I was only about 16 at the time and could not believe my eyes that this thing was in the ditch right in front of me ,I thought it was piece of wood until the thing showed its head and I found out they move rather fast if you throw stones at them

I wouldn't want it sorting. It's a wild animal, better off being caught and released somewhere. They aren't a creature like a lion. Truth is every alligator would do the same given the opportunity.
