i caught a cracking gurnard off groomsport and it was fulla worms throughout the flesh, I was gutted didn't even give it too the dogs

Pollock is every bit as tasty as cod in my opinion, very under rated eating.

I love it also. Out on the serries on weds for plaice and rays then wrecking on sunday..
