Made it so board in middle can be removed when pups get older so can have bedding one side and sheets of news paper on the other as skycat suggested.

Recently had wood flooring put down so kept loads of our old carpet for bedding which is very thick and soft as well as some shredded bedding fourtrack73 dropped off for me . . . thank you mate.

Under everything is a sheet of visqueen so i can have a good clean every time I change bedding.

No she doesn't, but I did have to check when you mentioned it. Its 2x2 timber and it is set a inch below bitches highest point when she is laid flat out.

Shallow bowls only once the pups are mobile. Don't want a pup getting in and then being stuck in there.

Quality whelping box bud. Only thing i would do is round off corners at top of divideing panel. Only coz im a clumbsy twat. Hope all goes well & look forward to seeing pics of pups. You got 11 to beat & by look of your bitch you might just do it??!! ? Atb

11 pups ?I hope not. 6 - 8 pups max and they will all get the start I want for them as well as not being too much for my bitch. I'd be happy with 2 - 4 pups but a few been asked for.
