Wilf England fans did not Orcesteate the start of the violence but the media has portrayed them as responsible

That's to be expected

But to hear fellow Brits on here blame them makes you realise how far this Isle has dropped in standards since Brits stood shoulder to shoulder during the wars are recently the Falklands and Iraq ect ect

 

This is the divide the politicians have helped drive between us

How can yis even try defend them theres a group of English fans not them all but that group are looking for trouble at every match and every major tournament they go to, like my father used to say to me when I was a young lad it can't be always someone else's fault?

There's no excuse for attacking general footy fans whether they are English or not, Russians, locals and marsielle ultras knew what to do to get a rise then ambushed small groups in big numbers, not every fan that was involved in mither went with the sole intention of causing a ruck, the nothern Irish lads were attacked last night leaving 7 injured did they get what they deserved?? Or is it only when the English get attacked does it become there own fault ?? You Welsh boys can sit high on your pedestals chucking your assumptions that every England fan deserves a good hiding but it'll soon be your turn when you meet the Russians as they don't care whether you've gone to fight or not

I have a Scottish friend over there mate visiting a pal in Marseille. He has taken his English Dad over and got him a ticket for the game along with his Scottish mum. He has watched the game in an Irish boozer.

He said an element of your fans were a disgrace.....as well as the Russians.

I'm sorry but when you watch lads chucking chairs and glass bottles it really doesn't matter who started it. Other fans from different countries seem to miss the violence but you seem to attract it. The old saying "if your looking for it you'll find it" springs to mind.
