bought a super carbine a few months ago and running it over the chrono with, exacts, hnftt, superfields and bis mags i can not get anything over 10.3, is adjusting easy? or a job for someone else?

best off taking it back to the shop and letting them sort it, if its faulty and you pull it to bits they will void your warranty!
