Dig-deep-draw-charlie 2,713
I normally just put the hose on tehm and its nipped in the butt witchin a day or 2, but this pup has no fear of the hose, intact he fights with it! So when the time comes to pack up his shit and move into the Hilton hotel out my back it may prove rather difficult, so just thought I would see other methods are knocking about, cheers Quote Link to post
TOMO 26,127
What's nipped in the bud,,? I'm guessing your talking about a pup that's barking or howling,,,,is this correct? 1 Quote Link to post

Somewhereyournot 1,117
Ignore it. But I had a pup that no matter what I did, however much time spent with it it screamed my garden down at hour or two at a time , whenever the fecking thing felt like. Lol Quote Link to post
Dig-deep-draw-charlie 2,713
Well this pup has everybody in my household awake at 0530 cause he decides it's play time, and a few of his potential neighbours in Bangkok Hilton will look down on this act lol the joys of pups eh lol Quote Link to post
Barbarian1990 220
Sorry for jumping on your post but what happens if neighbours complain? I'm putting kennel up soon and worrying if I'd have to get rid of a dog if neighbours complain about noise. I will try the hose if needed lol Quote Link to post
bird 9,881
Sorry for jumping on your post but what happens if neighbours complain? I'm putting kennel up soon and worrying if I'd have to get rid of a dog if neighbours complain about noise. I will try the hose if needed lol what i've always done , is before i get the pup/ dog, i go round to all my neighbours and tell them, to (please) hang in there with me for a month or so.and with bit of luck it should settle in that time. When bought Buck back to my place as pup, the journey it was terrible , the prat never stopped crying ( 3 hours) i nearly threw the fecker out the window it got me real down .got home thought right you going in with Bryn, who can be bit snappy sometimes, well put him in there with him closed the door to the kennel, and waited for the old bugger to nail him . well not a sound and bloody hell they have great bond to each other . i always try to keep 2 dogs together if i can . this was 4 years ago, when i just got back from the journey with the fecker i was still mad lol , hang in there mate it will get better 12 Quote Link to post

Gaz_1989 9,539
Does he get plenty of excersise? Not stating the obvious but sometimes people think pups only need a quick 5 minutes and don't want to overdo it. A tired pup won't be making much racket though. 4 Quote Link to post

mushroom 12,918
My wanker has not grown out of it and apart from being an annoying cnut it is his worst trait. He will cry because he is not doing what he wants; for example I take him to the river and after grab a coffee/beer in the bar on the way home. As soon as I sit down on the terrace he will start. I can't begin to tell you how sressful it is ? 1 Quote Link to post
