Ethan TX 269
Earlier today I decided to get my mam to make me a homemade rabbit casserole with 3 rabbits easily done with the slow cooker for 5 hours it was better cooked with vegetables as my grandad "bigmac97kt" said to me.The rabbits were fresh from last night one to me and 2 to my grandad also a bit of herbs added an extra taste to my casserole it also contains sausages, greenbeens, peeled potato and more vegetable's Any other ideas for a rabbit dinner anyone Edited June 5, 2016 by LITTLE HUNTER 7 Quote Link to post

Nicepix 5,650
My wife said that she fancied rabbit stew. Problem was that there had been no rabbits on our shoot for years due to mixxi so I made a rabbit stew using three big buck squirrels. She never noticed 3 Quote Link to post

Jonjon79 13,358
Ah jesus LH, I had a big dinner tonight tonight but, that's just made me feel hungry again All credit to your Mum - It looks lovely. Try marinating them in sweet chilli sauce, red wine and sugar for 24hrs in the fridge. Then, wrap them in Bacon and barbecue them Edited June 5, 2016 by Jonjon79 Quote Link to post
