That's the thing Trigger, he was a Champion in an era of Super Champions. The Golden Era IMO.

Watching the news this morning they kept showing the footage of Henry Cooper putting Ali on the ropes.

FFS I think that moment in sporting history meant more to you Brits than the '66 World Cup . LOL.

For me he was and always will be Cassius Marcellus Clay "RIP" And Rest in Peace to the man that Knocked him Out Henry Cooper. To my mind Absolutely no one can take away his Achievements in the Ring or the entitlement of his Political View. As an every day man I have no idea who he was, never lived in his house or spent any amount of time or even ever met him. As for his Political Views, just speaking for myself, that however is a totally different story.
