stagmad 91
I have Aussie relatives home at the moment and they were telling me before that incident that recently two old friends went out fishing as they have been for years. A croc flipped their boat killing one of them and the other man climbed onto the hull of the boat. He was there for 5 hours with the croc watching him. That never made the news over here. The fella that died Drowned he wasn't killed by the croc. they were in a 12 foot tinnie checking there crab pots a big crocodile would tip that over pretty easy if it wanted to. mackem 26,550
I have been to the agusan swamps where the worlds biggest saltwater croc a 20+ footer and reputed man eater was captured, theres some big reptiles in there, the locals swim, wash clothes, and bathe in the waters, probably why a number dissapear withoutbtrace each year, but after seeing the croc in the flesh i always kept a healthy distance from the banks, you would never see it coming. DogFox123 1,379
Sometimes I do think that Australia and New Zealand are the last bastions of England. They're very much their own people but they seem to have held on to something that we lost a decade ago.... Maybe because they're descendants of criminals and such, more honest and level headed than our politicians... Edited June 1, 2016 by DogFox123
stagmad 91
Ok, I was told the croc killed him and watched the other boy 'till he was rescued. I believe there was a croc or crocs keeping a good eye on him until he was rescued.
