If I'm selling,,,£350 -500,,,,,,,   If I'm buying,,,,up to £100.......,.,lol

You were breeding for yourself so what ever you gets a bonus lol£100 to 150 plenty I had a litter of 8 and walked away with £300 and was well pleased with the homes they got and thought that was more

If one of my mate's tried to gift me a pup... I'd still shove 150 notes in his hand as a thank you...   You've bred them...and weaned then. Here's a drink mate....

Why would you be suspicious?

its his type that's keeping peddlers in business, if the prices of dogs came down it would do away with pedlars and farms

idiot.i'm very fussy about what i buy i certaintly don't keep peddlers in business.happy to pay more for a dog if it had the best upbringing.if i bred a litter i would also be happy to gift them all to responsible people.not to you though because a tight tw4t like you will try to save a few pounds by buying the cheapest dog food, prob save a few pounds going without wormers and other expenses.if i saw a litter advertised on the internet for £100 it would seem to me the breeder just wants them gone to anybody, just as long as there gone.thats not good breeding and i would be thinking what other shortcut the breeder's made, thats why i would be suspicious.
utter bs from you Ginga pubes, for everybody on here who agrees the worst thing to come into dogs was money are all guilty of hypocrisy for then wanting 300 to 500 a pup. As for being a tight git???? Sorry don't think so, my dog is fed raw food was wormed and front lined yesterday I kid you not. So go bollicks yourself with your fecked up opinions, and pups I bred before were gifted to friends and the surplus sold for 40 quid per pup, there was only 2 surplus from a litter of 6. One was a young kid starting off, so where do you expect the next generation of hunters to get 500 per pup????? Come on

is the price of a pup not governed by stud fee?

Not in my eyes , id pay the stud fee just for the pup id be keeping and not worry about getting the money back from the pups ..

Fancy a game of cards sometime Chid?

I've found this thread more interesting than any on the forum for the last few weeks. The most telling post IMHO was the one pointing out that the cheapest working dogs (ie. lurchers and terriers) are the most common breeds to be found in rescue centres by far, (except for pure mongrels which are even cheaper) Think about it.

Good luck with the litter Socks. Hope you get good homes for them.

Think you will find Staffies are by far the most common breed in rescue centres nowadays. Yes you get some terriers and lurchers but no where near the ammount compared with bull breeds atb

ok mr primark.the next generation should save like i had to(i've never mentioned £500.you did.)might also teach them the value of money.most people on here think £300 is ok for a well bred, reared pup.it's 1/2 a weeks wage, you think a pup should be the price of a pair of jeans.if i breed a litter i would gift them all to people as long as it's a good working home.thats more important than the money. what your saying sounds like you think the best lurcher pups should all be £100.it's a buyers market if you want it buy it if not feck off.

Saying putting price up to stop idiots buying them makes no sense to me, theirs plenty of idiots with decent jobs who won't do right by the dog and decent guys who struggle with money but dog would have a home for life.

if they struggle with money can they pay for all the expences that come with keeping a working lurcher.?

if you sell pups at 300 a pop then have the balls to admit your only after a few quid, don't hide behind the crap your spouting about 300 being half a weeks wage as I know people with families who earn 250 for a full weeks wage. Just because you may have a few quid doesn't mean you'll get a better dog, as money doesn't put the work into the dog, I didn't say that all good dogs should be under a hundred quid, I know young lads who don't have a pot to piss in and didn't pay a hundred for te dog they have but by fook them dogs get some graft. It's only my opinion what I have about money n dogs, but it's up to who ever selling the pups how much they ask for Edited by Lenmcharristar

If you planned this litter to keep one back then your job is accomplished.

I'm sure you'll know some decent homes they could go to for free and for the right reasons. If not cull the rest and be done with it.

You didn't breed them for money after all..
