I would obviously want and need to see it Hunt and get a 'feel' for her. I MAY consider a large Male again preferably untouched and Parent reared. I would also be on the lookout for any Falconry furniture, Books and accessories, feel free to PM any details you might have. Money waiting for RIGHT Bird and gear. Quote Link to post

"Big Boys! Little Girls" when choosing any Hawks/Falcons is my own choice. when you look at the game species we fly at in this country a bird no larger or smaller than 1KG flying weight is a match for any of them, at the moment I'm flying a female Gos at 2lb 6 which is still a god few ounce's bigger than what I would prefer, a decent size Finnish male would suit all my needs:yes:.... jonnygray 139 Posted December 3, 2007 Report Share Posted December 3, 2007 hi mate, i fly a small male harris hunts well at 1lb 6, will hunt at 1lb8 but not real keen! but i just got a new female and the guy i got it from has one left, i picked this bird up on sat and she is totally untouched and she is steady as a rock not baiting from the fist and will let me touch her feet, chest and beak with no problems not fed from fist yet but is still a little fat, nice birds good size feet and this bloke dosnt breed crap birds! pm if you want his details! think hes askin around 300 ! he says the birds will hunt ataround 1lb 15 to 2lb 2.
