skycat 6,173
A plea to those computer savvy members ... recently upgraded (now there's a debate in the making ...) to windows 10 and scanned some documents and now can't find them anywhere: they are not in My Scans, so where the hell are they? Help!!!!!!!!!
johnny boy68 11,726
Should be in a sub folder in pictures, use the search bar that should take you to all folders with scan in title.

terryd 8,636
My computer uploaded Windows 10 the other day, it's slower than a slow thing now, not happy you can roll it back Albert thats one thing it is good at is coming back off To access this, open the Start menu and select Settings. Click the “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.” You should see a “Go back to Windows7” or “Go back to Windows 8.1” option. Click the Get started button to get rid of your Windows 10 install and restore your previous Windows install you have 30 days give or take mostly take Edited May 26, 2016 by terryd

terryd 8,636
Have a read here http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c01722966 these steps talk you through changing the default location so you can then see where it is now and depending on what program you used to scan
twymanc 135
Normally when you upgrade it pushes all your old stuff to another location where you can choose to format it or keep stuff I think you clict local c, then look for Windows old. If you still have problems and you have someone you can trust you can let them remote access your pc/lappy Arb craig
