I,ll sound like a broken record for saying it but again maybe if us whites had got more backing from other whites back in the 70,s and ,s we wouldnt be seeing things like this.....but we was just knuckle dragging scum who were over reacting !.......Its funny the way they pick the East End out......white flight from South London go to Kent,white flight from West London go to Surrey,white flight from North London go to Hertfordshire......what these counties dont seem to realise is at this rate in 20 years time the white flight will be from Essex to Norfolk......Surrey to Sussex etc etc....you now have blacks and pakis moving out of London to get away from the foreigners !!!......like the Pakistani boy on that program last night giving it " us cockneys ".

 

There are still pockets of whites in East London proper old school what we would call " towners " in Canning Town......poor white people who simply cant afford to move out,and various other areas...... this area was bombed heavier than any other part of the Uk during the war the old East End blitz spirit was never going to last forever but i think its fair to say that we was the last generation of true born and bred Eastenders......how ironic that we are the only ones making any effort whatsoever to save the area by backing it with our hard earned.......as the old saying says....." if you want to get something done you gotta get it done yourself "

That flight from Essex and Kent is happening now mate, Newham give all the spades 25% towards a mortgage to move down my old way.......Chafford Hundred down the road from my old town is known as Chaffrica locally.

In 10 years the place went down the khazi.

 

My brother in law moved out past Gosfield and there loads of ordinary lads like him, getting up at 4am to get on the road just so they don't have to live amongst the shit.

Amazingly I have met quiet a few people here from my old area and they are all here for the same reasons, couldn't f***ing hack it any more.

 

The gutting thing is, there are loads of good people in England who are getting stuck in and contributing to their own communities (which it sounds like you and your pals are doing yourself) ........but it does feel like you are trying to hold back the sea at times.

As I have said before, personally, I just got pissed off being pissed off and paying through the nose for the privillage .

I understand a lot of people surrendering but i just cant do it that doesnt make me right and you wrong its just not in my nature to walk away from a problem wiping my hands on the way........theres not many of us with any hope left,and without getting too money orientated its not violence and intimidation thats going to retain East End cuture and traditions and its not politics.........its money.

 

Those of us who still have an affinity for the area and who have maybe earned a few quid from the area will be putting something back over the coming years,will it make a difference who knows but you cant take things with you when your gone and once again a man only has his own conscience to live with.... hence " better to try and fail than fail to try "

I despair at times seeing/hearing how some parts of GB are turning out, it must be gut wrenching watching your once proud communities being turned into third world shit holes. I really feel for you and your future generations.

I've just been to my lads sports day and apart from the token indian boy Jazz and I think 2 polish kids everybody else was white/welsh, everybody that was there were mixing and chatting, a real sense of community. Community spirit as always been big around here and I think that as been one of the over-riding factors to keeping our area as it as always been. Hopefully it'll continure being the same.

I'd imagine community spirit and unity was strong in a lot of areas that are now shit holes but were slowly eroded away for the Utopia that is multi-culturism.

its looks horrific but it gets far worse if you move up a bit to Stepney Aldgate whitechappel , , we moved out years back ,my uncle was the last to get out he owned a pub in Plaistow it was the focal point for our family he now lives in the isle of wight , once your whole family moves out they split up and move all over the shop ,yes they got out but it still comes at the price of tearing up your old way of life, i take London for what it is now , still get up town but pic and choose the places to go and take the best bits out of the town, ps ate a ton of pie n mash out of nathans as a boy used to work opposite the place lol

I wasn't tarring everyone with the same brush mate as I'm sure you will understand, my whole set of pals were just the same as me and they are my pals to this day......in fact one of them is now family.

 

But the scumbags were accepted en masse into the fold when in fact the right/far right (I hate that term by the way, I just call it common sense politics) should have rejected these people and held themselves to a higher standard as Englishmen.

 

You will be putting your money into something that sets an example no doubt, and good examples and showing what can be achieved is much harder for politicians to deal with than some 2 bob prick drinking Stella on a day out with the EDL or ramming dog shit through a pakis letterbox.
