scottish lurcher 185 Posted May 24, 2016 Report Share Posted May 24, 2016 I have been reading that under the new law / act you are the keeper of the dog and it doesn't refer to you as the owner, I would imagine this is so the goverment can force the act of micro chipping to be done because as the owner u would have the right to refuse this . So does this mean you can be charged if said dog was to break the hunting act law or fouled in street as ur are only Keeper not the owner.
