outshooting 0
Great idea to get the next generation involved, my first shoot of the season every year is father & son/daughter day. In all my shoots anyone under the age of 16 shoots for free with a paying adult not only does it bring the next generation through, its time spent together as a family. i am all for it

CAcountry_boy 0
First, let me say that one of the great things about hunting in my eyes is-getting the hell away from other humans! Out in the field, just me and my bird/gun/bow But, be that as it may, I have always sucked it up and brought any youngster who wanted to go. When I was a kid just getting into Falconry, I asked a few guys if the would let me go beat for them and such. They were always like-screw off, kid. Well I promised myself that when I was "all grown up" I wouldn't be like those guys. To this day I am proud to say that I am not, "like those guys", whether we are talking horses, falconry, or what all, I always go out of my way to let the kids tag along. Sometimes, its even a little fun...

witton 6
Its a good idea, when i started out i didn't know anyone that actually got out and did oat. I had to start out off my own back, you soon get contacts tho and it doesn't take long before you find a hunting partner. If you put your self out there you eventually meet like minded people Just got to get your self out there even if its on your own, when you learn for your self its slower but its the best way make your own mistakes....when you know what your doing and have your own gear you soon get invites....infact you can invite people out your self Witton

dennned 172
fantastic, that was the reply i got from my mates 11 year old the first night i took him out , i also think it's a great idea to encourage youngsters into our sport, it needs regenerated , cant wait till we have a change of office at westminster, maybe they will overturn this ridiculous ban, to leave us free to hunt and pass on our skills as the hunter, to our kids , like our fathers did for us. ps fuc- the ban
