Boom 0
jigsaw i come on here every now and again mate, i dont come on here to put people down or try to rip them.. im no old whineing c**t and to be honest i've seen alot worse than my reply.. i just think people should put away the walkers and get out themselfs " all this hunting is way too commercial " they expect the dog to walk away for miles on a machine whiles they sit and eat pork pies on the sofa watching eastenders... but like you say your mates not like that, he walks them every day and yes i did need to PAY ATTENTION as i read it wrongly.. so i'll take it back... But i'll still keep my opinion.... Edited December 3, 2007 by Boom Quote Link to post

macker 5
seemed a nice bloke had a chat with his mate over dinner who keeps the hounds for cover seemed a decent bloke too. they where saying the father of your mates dog is fairly usefull to. with large amounts of game to his credit. nice to see there is still some very good pure bred stuff around not to far from you either . take it easy macker Quote Link to post
jigsaw 11,863
macker believe it or not i was in that blokes house yesterday,he has the sire to the dog in Clonmel.hes a serious dog when theres game in front of him.he jumps a ditch like stepping over a shoebox. These dogs are from a line of hard tested workers.the only thing about them is you cant just run them anywhere, even though the boys would, they need a bit of room to get going.I remember you had 2 half breds last time i was up with you,you happy with them? roystoncrankted 1
its easy for all the dole boys to say but when ya grafting every day they are invaluable to have. we would all love to stop at home and walk dogs every day Quote Link to post
macker 5
one of them is doing very well. on most game the other one not so well. a bit hot and cold gave him to my friend who has no interest in foxes for free rather than sell him on. was hard to let him go as he was better made for the job and i tought he would be the better of the two. all the best macker Quote Link to post
