gwalchmai4110 1,758
I thought a few of you may be interested in a couple of lurchers im kennelling for a mate at minute. The big rough coated dog "Max" is a colliexgreyhound x welsh hound. he was bred to hunt up on the welsh hills where his owner lives and to work with a pack of hounds. Both of these jobs he excels at. he is very laid back , has great feet and as you can imagine a fantastic nose as you would expect. he is fast enough for his chosen quarry and he marks for fun. he then set about breeding a small all round bitch out of big max so he put him over his whippet greyhound bitch. but ended with the smooth strong bitch in the photo. "spot" is very good allround bitch with phenomenal stamina. she also marks for fun and has a real do or die attitude to running ALL quarry. A few times my heart has been in my mouth as this bitch is tight behind large edibles disappearing over the horizon! 15 Quote Link to post

Daniel cain 46,179
here's mine-Thomas only young but I'm happy with the way he's going.last night I was walking him down the river and bumped into a dog walker,my beddy bull bitch started coursing a young labradoodle, put a bend in it only for the hound x to straight line into it-massive wallop and a howl and young Thomas gets up and shakes it off-ladradoodle wasn't walking anywhere in a hurry lol.atb dc Quote Link to post
