Beddy greyhound and a beardie greyhound worked great together

Nothing wrong AT ALL with the dogs I've seen directly from hancock, or dogs bred from dogs from hancock. Going up this friday with my son to pick his pup up. Seen a few over the years, NOT picking th

OK that is a nice looking dog and a nice looking catch arnt you ferrets getting any credit?

We'll they decided that after a hard days graft they'd pass on the photo, preferring to stay asleep in the box and let puppy peddling Hancock lurcher take all the glory?

Also did you see panorama they other night that's what I call puppy farming. Idiots on preloved selling French Bulldogs for £5000 that's puppy farming. Don't ask on here if they exercise there dogs, ring them and ask them. Yes he sells dogs but people go back to him and buy another. You get all the history of the sire and damp what more do you want? For me you could buy a pup from workers and be no different buying one from Hancock. It's all about what you put in to the dog.

so if some fella bred two first class dogs in field, and you bought the dog and it was good, is that testiment to you or breeder? Also if the dogs shit, is that your fault or the breeders?

well , had a mate had 2 hancock dogs, the 1st was 1/4 b/b 3/4 grey, big 27in rough coat fawn dog , good on rabbits and took few foxes solo , and not bad in the day on hares. then he had another hancock bitch 3/8 b/b 5/8 grey 25in rough coat black/white, ok on rabbits but only do fox with another dog, this was in late 80s. the temp of the 27in male was great always gave 100%, the bitch was a mardy fecker , some days she try other days she wouldnt, it was his last hancock dog he had. his next dog what he still got what 10 year old is 1x collie x whippet x grey, good dog in its day took most stuff, he still takes it ferreting now. he told me he have this x again collie x whippet x grey, if he got another dog.:yes:

But I don't make my judgement on 2/3 collie iv seen have to see a lot more before I could really make my mind up

The last 4 hancocks I seen ,,haven't been up to much,,,

Ask young Rew on this site,,he had a 3/4 grey cross border beardy,,,,he had to rehouse it at around two years old,,,only caught 1 rabbit in that time,,,and that's with a keen young fella,,,

My old ferreting partner pady,,(rip) had a half cross,,,great nose,,but didn't catch many,,,small mouth of moochers,,has no end of trouble with his,,not only did it not catch much,,,he ended up having it pts,,,because it bit his Mrs ,,,

And finally my mate has one ,,just down the street,,,3/4 grey cross,,,nervy critter,,,and at nearly 3,,,has only caught one rabbit,,,

Don't bother,,,,just do as your doing,,ask around on here,,be prepared to wait,,,,and don't worry to much if there's other breeds in the mix....

If you realy have to go there,,,,then get one as early as possible,,,,I generally don't agree with getting pups at 5-6 weeks,,,but if I had to go to Hancock ,,,I would break my rules
