Now I am a fan of Phil Hardman and his you tube channel and he is a cracking hunter so why, after 2 months have we not seen a review of the hw110 out in the field from him.

As soon as I got the notification that he had a review on it yesterday I was on it like a shot (no pun intended) only to see Phil in his cammos next to some bales talking a little more in depth about the rifle than he did in the un boxing.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not slagging him off but I'm sure he has been told not to review it in the field yet for one reason or another by either weihrauch or the airgun magazines.

Sorry to gripe lads but there are a lot of fellas out there gagging to see how this rifle handles in the field and Phil is a good man for the job so why not crack on and let him get on with it....

Im with you on that Jimmy.

It's good business to get people eager for a product but surely they know that people are getting pissed off waiting now.

Just be honest and say they have an issue that they are remedying to make it better.

I'm sure they have lost sales already.

HC told me on monday it will be here in a week or two ,went down to my local RFD and he told me that when he phoned on monday they told him don't expect until early June and that will only be about 100 guns coming in to this country and more will be later on . Phil did say in another post September ,way things are going he could be right ......

This might back fire on them with the new BSA r10 coming out in June and they are spot on with release dates normanly

Personally I'd wait for uk reviews and think about buying one, also sounds like bullshitting from them too, bad customer service.

Phil Hardman in a magazine article said he was not going to do a review as he hates doing reviews, well perhaps, perhaps not.

The gun I had a go with at the Northern Shooting Show felt superb, lighter and very well balanced and to be honest I am looking forward to shooting again at the end of the month at an open day, when that happens, I will ask again when is delivery due but I hope my information iss wrong Mitch but I have a feeling it may not be.

i took the mac approach, and ditched waiting and got a 177 100t! and I'm bloody glad i did cos its ace

my local shop owner goes to hc loads and knows them well, he also told me that theres only 100 coming in and that a fair few companies have been sh!t listed for advertising and taking deposits when they haven't even put orders in to hc!!!! wtf
