Standard Poodle X

jus curious more than anyting but does anyone know or heard of anyone using this breed as a x..they where originally bred in germany as gun dugs as many of you probably know so pretty good on natural retrieve which is always tidy in any dug

Id be surprised if anyone is running one, mainly because how many standard poodles are being used for work in the UK?.....at the end of the day the bulldog was originally bred for baiting but all of them kc things now are ruined to the point they can barely walk let alone mix it.

:thumbs: ,ive said before about the breed, my sister had a one and pub i used to use had 2 guard dogs. and tell you what t he noise they kick up, and show there teeth not bad guard dogs at all as breed, no dog hair etc not bad house pet. but regards lurcher , there better proven dogs out there right now to choose from :yes:

nice..sumtimes rescue dugs turn out be half tidy, i ada saluki x a few yer back,e wadn the greatest hunter that ever lived...quick an thick t be fair but e was proper loyal and e retreived to hand from the first nite i took him out lampin to his last..only dug i ever ad who come an find me after his dinner an thank me wit a nudge from his nose
