Coursing mad 24 874
A good friend of mine has a big black Reece bred dog . On his fathers side . And mum was no big names just bull X . He is one of the best Dodds I have ever seen can run and deal with all quarry very sensible dog. Around people but when he sees the lamp on is unstoppable . I have a young bitch with Reece's bull grey on both sides of her breeding and done very well for first season . And also very sensible to have around . From what I've seen Reece bred dogs or dogs from that line if you get the right one they are machines atb 1 Quote Link to post
burnie69 376
There's good and bad in all breeding. Mines 9 next week. If it showed any signs of weakness it wouldn't be still kenneled. The one thing I will say is the southern stuff was tighter kept for the right reasons. Not having a pun at anyone. Those's who know do know. 1 Quote Link to post
Wales1234 5,550
Iv seen a Reece bred bitch go and could can't a rabbit or fox in a phone box but was a hard bitch ! Not got any big names in my bullx and would class my old bitch as all around lads on here have seen her ! Does it matter how their bred aslong as they do the job you want ! Seen dogs out of big names that are pure shit but see a dog with no names behind out class most 1 Quote Link to post

mushroom 13,261
I think stabba had reece related dogs, but am not so sure if stabba would run a mastiff cross. From what i what i know he liked a dog that could run abit. Seen 2 dogs Billy bred dogs. Wasnt keen on them. I heard along time ago spiderpig off here was asked to run his billy bred dogs and see how they faired up against southern dogs bull x. Punch bred. It didn't happen......it would lf separated the bull x,s from the "nack" dogs atb Got my last dog Trevor off spiderpig and he was never found lacking in anything but a 6th gear. Accounted for enough game in his short life to make me happy, fed the family, was a gem with the kids and was probably one of the best trained and most pleasant dogs I've had the pleasure of being around. Couldn't give a fuuck which line is supposedly better, spig laid it all out in plain truth pros/cons and I never heard him crab or big up any line including his 4 Quote Link to post
