Only restrictions seperate sports for male and female participation and sensible code of dress . My youngest Daughter is a very good Runner from Sprints to 10k she participates and is succesful. She wears leggings ,Shorts and a tracksuit top and a ski type head covering, it doesnt hamper her and competes against girls wearing usual track attire and usually wins so her dress isnt a handicap I bet she looks like the phantom flan flinger in that outfit ha ha bloody hell , thats going back some 70s i think, even at my age Over heating is for wimps Bird She wasborn at altitude and regularly run in 30/40 degree temperatures. DIDO.1 22,847
Iv always wanted to start boxing. I still have an idea to walk into our local boxing gym and ask to start training. I fcking hate getting punched though and I have a tendency to curl up in a ball when attacked.

I've been sparring with a lad who was the same, soon as you jabbed him he would just curl up and turn his back. He's soon come round though and is a different lad now, if you catch him now he gets angry and comes back with 3 or 4. He's still messy but it's coming together. If you get into a decent club there will be lads there willing to show you the basics for weeks before you even do any sparring.

A martial art would probably be better if you're a bit of a girl Even MMA or thaiboxing don't usually spar you hard, and if you're still too much of a sensitive flower to risk headshots you can negate punches using other tools.

Lenmcharristar 9,925
i don't knock him for lack of heart, I'd like to see him fight presscot again What for ?......that was 8 years ago and Prescott has lost loads of fights since then and done nothing on the world stage what would Khan get out of that ? People lose fights mate thats competetive sport for you. anno that, but to go back and fight the man who kod ya, takes some doing, Joe frazer was that type of man , so was Lennox Lewis, as you well know, I just can't warm to Kahn just think he's over rated Do you think him being a Pakistani Muslim might have something to do with you not being able to warm to him? Not trying to be funny or have a pop at you pal just a geniune question It's not like you keep your dislike for Muslims a secret nothing to do with him being a mussie, I just can't take to watching him, I just think he is a nearly man, just like Jimmy White famous for falling at the final fence, listen it's only my opinion, but he's def I boxer I'd never pay to watch. Rather watch Joe Joyce.
