Retrieve Off Water...

I would say hes just abit bigger than the average springer will measure later. I don't intentionally use him for bushing but he goes in the odd time.I started taking him ferreting last year and he did well just lacks the speed.

Great vid Gaz - lovely to see :thumbs: Would love to get my terrier retrieving from water but she's not keen on the stuff. Trouble is finding a suitable bit of water to encourage her with - plenty of canals round here with vertical sides, plus of course a fukc off river in the form of the Severn, but not much in the way of pools with shallows.

That's a shame mate. I'm sure if you find the right spot you would be able to get her going. This Plummer wouldn't go near water when I got her. She wouldn't go near cover for that matter. Haha.
