Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder ,ugly bugger jmo,but that doesn't mean he won't be handy, why do people go for these types rather then the tried and tested typed.

they said that about the bullx and the salukix way back when. I think its just human nature to try and "discover" something new or just to be different. Personally, I like many of these primitive herding/farm dogs believe that they may have something different to add to the lurcher gene puddle.

I agree. There is no 100% tried and tested allrounder. All the crosses have their own failings. I like the look of Bunnies' litter myself but they may lack takeoff/early pace for some jobs. I'd still have one though. I think they'll be toppers in the right hands.

Got no photos of the litter that are worth posting boyo.My pup was the only one that looked more Picardy blooded than the rest most were smooth or broken coated size and shape wise they were pretty consistent.Tell the truth I was looking for a half cross Picardy grey as the last Picardy blooded dog I had was a cracker. If this one is half as good as him I will be happy. So far I have no complaints with this pup time will tell eh

Very Hardy looking animal that..I like it..nothing wrong with something divernt tryed a tested dogs..but birds buck has proved that.

he defff done that mate  , as a lamping dog which i use him for mostly and bit of mooching as he got great nose in the day , his best bag 37 rabbits one night, and he will tackle what ever in front of him which he as done . he is big powerful dog, but people who seen him run are surprised with his speed and agilty for his size  . if you want a good lamping and knock about dog, that can take few bangs if need be, and filll your freezer , there deff very good x, if these other types bred now, and this pup turn out like 1x gsd x grey , i reckon you be very happy bloke, if you like lamping and mooching

Still a pup but for me he just has aire of menace about him.... Might just be the camera angle, might just end up a very "committed" mutt. Lol

Matt

agreed. All in the eyes, looks like a right maniac, in a good way. Although my last pup had that same 'look' and was just pure unhinged

Looking forward to seeing him progress mate, he'll be some animal in a years time i bet

He is shaping up very similar to my last Picardy blooded dog and showing a lot of the traits he had.He is a very confident pup meets and greats other dog well but you can already see he is not going to take no shite.Reckon he will make a good guard dog as well. He,s had a couple of easy rabbits and few rats and looks like his strike is going to be ok.He a bight lad but looks like he is going to be a full on type.He as got the tools just got to wait and see how he users them
