downsview 448
Terrible what happened at Hillsborough but with the passion for justice coming out of anfield (it was never about compensation) do you think a fresh look at what happened at hysel is on the cards. Tiercel 6,986
Sounds like you're shit stirring for the sake of it. I don't normally go in for calling people names over the net. But in his case I have had to make an exception. The sooner he is banned off this site the better. The only word that can describe him accurately is a Troll, somehow he gets pleasure from causing distress and abusing others. BTW I have not seen his first post, (he is blocked by myself) but reading the title and peoples reactions is enough to give me a good guess as to it's content. WILF 46,870
Hysel was sorted at the time, a load of Liverpool fans and Belgium officials and police got put away. It's old news and in absolutely no way is it anything like Hillsborough........and I have to agree with the other lads, i don't thinks it's a genuine question or opinion......It looks very much like just stirring for the sake of it. I know some people dont like what I say about some things but I certainly never say things just to be a c**t.
downsview 448
39 dead over 600 injured some seriously ,11 Liverpool fans convicted and sentenced to 3 to 5 years,a bit hypocritical the anfield faithfully screaming for justice, all sympathy to the families of the Hillsborough tragedy and all sympathy to the families of the juventus fans who never came home, justice for all as some of us have longer memories than others. There doesn't need to be an inquest over Heysel there was no cover up It was the 80s and two sets of fans were separated by a flimsy fence and unfortunately the Juve died in a stampede

gnasher16 30,121
Football fans were seen as scum in the ,s it wasnt like it is today where its a nice family day out like going to the theatre bring the kids and look for your seat number we were treated like cattle back then whether fans were up for a ruck or not you all got treated by plod the same you wouldnt of dreamed to take kids or women to the big derby games back then ive put my arms round many a normal everyday punter shielding them from over enthusiastic plod with batons they didnt differentiate between good and bad fans........some of the excitement and atmosphere in the air has been lost but nobody could say the overall football fan experience isnt better today sometimes you just have to accept you are from a certain era where things were different our fathers and gr/fathers fought in wars we will never have to though......different times thats all. Welsh_red 4,645
wasn't the justice for heysel the face that those responsible (the Liverpool fans) went to jail? Can't really be hypocritical if the people responsible are different people . Both stories have scouters involved but 1 of them it wasn't their fault and 1 was .
