WILF 48,152
My mam and dad are good folk.dad works 10 hours a day 5 day a week.don't drink or smoke.mams 62. Works part time mosts days.five hours .sisters both good work hard.f**k nos what happens to me.came from a good famly though.my minds just not the same as most.I lived most my life strong .hit 27 and boom woke up feeling I was dieing. Still wake up that way.Mate we are all dieing so don't feel too bad It's funny, but things you go through can come to the surface in strange ways.....and you are not always aware of them until you look back long after you are better. I think you have had some sound advice, talk to people (who are not morons !), research, read stuff......it could really help. I hope it does because you seem like a very nice lad Edited to add: Let me tell you from experience anger and feelings of retribution are like a bag of rocks on your back.....and every year, more rocks get added to the weight. Just put the bag down or it will eat you alive........just put it down and leave it at the side of the road. It's took me nearly my whole life to work that out and yet it sounds so simple don't it But let me tell you this, trust me because I'm right and you can get on with the business of living Good luck to you mate. shepp 2,285
TB25, how about an allotment? I find it very therapeutic growing things and getting some peace away from the house. Meet nice people there and feed your family as well. More than you would imagine to keep your mind occupied, you never stop learning when growing things.

Gaz_1989 9,539
We've all got our own demons mate. I suffer with intrusive thoughts. Only mildly and I don't get anxiety what a lot of people get with it. But it still gives me a few hair raising moments now and then. It's all mind over matter, certainly in my case. My missus brother suffers with anxiety and it's getting worse. He has panic attacks in public and loses his sight and hearing. Yet 5 years ago he was a stand up comic and travelled the world performing in front of hundreds. Go figure.

Involuntary thoughts that you shouldn't be having King mate. Used to get them bad when was going through trouble with my ex and not seeing my little girl for a few months. I'm pretty chilled and content now and get them far less frequent. Weird shit I won't get into on here. Not suicidal thoughts at all. Just your mind telling you to do something you shouldn't just for a split second then it goes.
