TB has clearly gained something by being honest about his problems, with those in a similar position, and has decided to do something about it. That's all that would happen, if he went to group therapy.....at least here, he has kept his anonymity ! Quite right, mate - sympathy never helped anyone. What does help, I think, is to share an experience with others, who can relate to that experience, because they've been there, too !
