I think aj should be fighting some one who is going to take him to later rounds at this point in his career ,he is going to blow breazeale out within three rounds without a doubt and it would not surprise me if he did it in the first ,whats he going to learn from fights like this and why has Hughie fury never been mentioned to fight aj , I would like to see that fight

What's he going to learn from getting dragged into later rounds? He's a fighter the aim is to go in and get your man out of there asap. Yes be fit and prepared to carry your trade to the later rounds if necessary but don't go looking for it.

A lot of fighters at elite level will take him into the later rounds it's a 12 round sport the only reason he's been blowing them out early as they are half hearted bin men but no better than deontay wilder or most heavyweights previous opponents

In that case then, no better than both furys.

Be real for christ sake as the furys have fought absolutely nobody.

Personally think Haye is the best heavy weight about at the minute. He'll beat all mentioned Imo only thing he don't like doing is fightis them big unnatural size men, that whyte would beat most of these names with more fittness and alittle more tech ability

well he needs to fight someone who is going to test him and brazeales definitely not that man ,he is just going to walk through him

The only men I could see even take AJ past half way at the moment are David Haye, Maybe Klitscho and Maybe Fury. Anyone else is going to get blown away early doors and be made to look like a journey man, bin man, half hearted or whatever people are calling his previous opponents.

If I was AJ or his manager I would be lapping up these "easy fights" and just treating them like well paid sparring sessions until the time comes when he NEEDs to fight the bigger names.

However, I can see the fans perspective, he's got a title belt now and they want to see him tested.

Fury, AJ and Wilder are all seriously big men compared to Haye who in my opinion is a natural cruiser weight. But I don't disagree that he could have a serious impact on the division over the next year or two.

hmm..........i don't get it when they habour a fighter, giving them easier fighters less better than themselves, i don't know if that person learns anything from it, you can't kinda learn off of someone that's not as good as yourself, when a boxer picks up a world title hes now in the top level of boxing, but taking on easier fights with a world title in hand doesn't seem to look right, my way of thinking is...if you win a world title in any sport and you are not ready to defend it in the top level, or you need to get more experience, you shouldn't really be a title holder, or you kinda picked the title up to easy....to me, if you are a world champion, you have got to be prepared to defend it against the next top dog knocking at your door,

i really hope aj has a long successful career, hes a nice grounded person and a good person to represent us as a world champ, i think hes a great guy, he did what he had to do in getting the title, but..........sometimes its best to be put in the deep end to know how good someone is, just my thoughts....really,

Sorry not the best with words really, if all the men where roughly the same size couldn't lace Hayes shoes imo. He's just about better at dam near everything other than the other guys

I would go with that mate. His only draw back is his size, at 6' 2" and 15-16 stone he's on the bigger side of "everyday bloke". A lot of these bigger heavyweights dwarf him, not to mention the reach advantage they have.

It would be interesting to see Luis Ortiz thrown in that mix I think ....just to see what he's really made of. Edited by kanny

Because he has to fight a top 15 ranked opponent......and Hughie Fury is not a top 15 ranked opponent.
