Lurchers For Foxes

You could say the same about a lot of things though Morton. Forums, Facebook and the Internet in general do us no favours, photos or not, and those folk that trod the fields decades ago wouldn't be able to comprehend the whole prospect of posting or writing about our antics.

Where does it end? You can write a book with details of events but not have photographs? Or you can write in code calling a fox "Charlie" or a hare "old puss"?

When we stop disscussing hunting on a hunting site we have lost out to the antis, like it or not, and this place will become the shooting and fishing website. If we are allowed to talk about that?

The ban is here, and here to stay. The only thing we can legally do with our dogs is hunt rat and rabbit on permission. That's not gonna get a great deal worse, and it sure ain't gonna stop me mooching if it does.

That's nothing to do with egos, that's understanding the reality of the times

The effects of the ban are more far reaching than banning certain hunting activity,it gives the feckwits and nuggets more license to practice their ill informed bigotry on an ignorant populace. As an hunting community we isolate ourselves from fellow hunters and will never unite to defend ourselves against the ignorant feckwits, the same ignorant feckwits that are united in dividing us and utilising every scrap of mis-information to serve their purpose. This mis-information is easily fuelled by the ego,s on sites like this that are fuel to their furnace. The best way to circumnavigate the feckwits is to breed the dogs you bred before the ban, nurture, educate and enter them the same as their ancestry, without the need to shout it from the fecking rooftops, with pics.
The best way would be to not post on forums like this at all, and should you come across a slightly "risky" picture not shout it from the roof tops. But hey ho. There we go.

It's one rule for one and one for another on here. I post what I want and there are mods there to moderate should they feel the need. I've never had a post or photo removed yet so I don't think there's an issue here.

Whats the purpose of being on a forum and not posting?,its akin to wanting the best from a lurcher and sourcing a BullX.The majority of folk on here hunt within the legal constraints of the ban whilst on line. When folk need moderating they are often the sort that the majority of hunters find issue with,at times,we all have our transgressions.

Like I said Morton, my posts don't need moderating, they haven't been moderated yet anyway.

Get yourself a bull cross. Might surprise yourself. Lol

Owned a couple, won,t own another as they don,t suit, lads that they truly suit will never own anything else, then the chancers and ego,s ruined their reputation.

Why the feck would any body who has a ounce of sense put video's up on Facebook to show there dog can do what it's bred to do. I agree with morton we wonder why the dog game is fecked. Talk about playing into the anti's hands. All this my dog is this and that. Believe me boys why would you want to put yourself on the radar of a knock on the door is beyond me.
