weasellurcher 113
Jeemes! I hope that was a very witty reply and not a serious comment! If [BANNED TEXT] joking then [BANNED TEXT] funny lol and if your serious the only reason you see more of one particular colour doing well at something is because that colour is more common eg you see more bay successful race horses than grey horses but that's only because there are more bay horses alive Quote Link to post
South hams hunter 8,926
I know where on about fox dogs what would be your ideal pair mine would be a puller and a brawler what could take the shit and the reason I am saying that is for big numbers pre ban I know some of you lads like it single handed gotto agree with that macky, used to run a little whipoet cross bitch with a hard bullx. The bullx couldn't catch foxes on our small fields and the lil bitch didn't have it to do them alone after sept but as a pair they did very well Quote Link to post
South hams hunter 8,926
Well, if it's fox dog it should do it single handed, if it's a deer dog it should do fallow buck single handed. Only two things where there should be exceptions in my opinion and that boar and red deer, common sense would be to use more than one dog. I dont think realistically many dogs will take decent fallow bucks single handed 5 Quote Link to post

I hunt cover and a bit of rough stuff 1 dog that can do it all is hard to find. Quote Link to post
