in anybody's opinion.if a dog catches then spew's on the 1st couple do they learn how to do it in future or completley jack alltogether.

saw a bitch years ago that would run them,she would turn them and have them in knots to the point they would freeze-then start barking at them lol,the lad who's dog it was would walk up and scruff them-seen young dogs not want to know after a nip-go on to do them regular single handed -seen others fly into them at a 12 m and then before two only grab the arse lol.the best get bit once and never look back imo.the best ive ever seen belonged to the same lad and soon as they made contact it was over in seconds and i mean seconds (always single handed slip for slip)also time of year ,condition of quarry etc lots of different variables-alot to do with man on the slip aswell-shame now that they are shot and retrieved and the dog only gets to rag the carcass in my part of the world-you boys that still enjoy the freedom-use your heads-keep your memories in the field, you never know who's snooping around just waiting to twist things.atb dc
