On some yes but I was thinking more my S/S as mine has leaf springs. .............but you are correct. I had to iron out a small bulge in a rimfire a couple of years back where the owner had dry-fired it so often the tip of the firing pin (which was too long) had peened a small bulge at the top of the breech and the case was getting stuck after firing.
