Went Out For Tea...

...to an old cattlefield permission, just next to my new estate shooting area in South Carlton. Epic case of cabin fever working from home. The field was a village back in medieval times but got decimated by the plaque and the rabbits have made there runs in between the stone walls. Its all underground now as you would imagine, but its mad walking through the doorway of a house from the 14th century. You can see where walls and door ways would of been built.

Anyway. Lots of young 'uns running around, but held out for two bigger ones and two medium size ones for the pooch.

Nice to be back on the rabbits after the cold months on birds and such.

Nice to see you on the rabbits . Are still liking the .20 cal ?

Yea great shooting again Rez

What range are you taking them at ?

Atb

Nice one Dave. 38-42 yards that warren was lasered on the bank in the image. Id of liked to have been closer, but the spot I was in was the only place where I didn't get silhouetted by the sun behind me.

Enjoyed the rendering of your permission historical background Rez, the mind captures more than any camera images from words on this post. As to the cabin fever of working from home we both are as one with this affliction as I venture to say is Simon “pianoman” and so many more of the good folk of this forum.

Glad you had the opportunity of exorcism of the winters fall out on what looks like a wonderful day both in the weather and with the hunting. Thank you for the awareness of your eyes and the history in this post.

All the best
