They are travellers not f****n red indians !!........how respectful would you be if a bunch of strangers pitched up in your street throwing shit around the place.

Would chinese travellers be called Chavellers ?........come round, eat your cat, press your trousers and leave fried rice all over the local park ?

Yep she will wrap everything in clear plastic the sofa the chairs the dog

Prevention is better than cure with this type of gypsy - round here, most of the fields are blocked off with soil mounds or tree trunks to prevent access.

It can be a pain in the arse to set it all up but, if you make it difficult for them, they might just pass through next time.

By us theirs a large piece of common ground that someone has put huge boulders all the way around with about a metre space in between . When I was a kid we were always told it was to keep the gypsies out

And that is part of the problem.the old stopping grounds have been blocked off by folk who think common ground is there's when it's there for all folk. Now i know it's the shite and rubbish they leave behind that gets everyone back up but who the feck do folk think they are for blocking off common land?.I have a common near me that they have fenced off and a couple of farmers even cut the hay off it but no one else can even pull on for a family picnic because of the gates with huge padlocks on them, but one thing i do know is that EVERY TIME they go to undo those locks they can't and have to cut them and buy news ones due to someone super glueing them up :D ..

We once were going to pull on a bit of forestry land they got wind of it so dug a deep ditch,we got a mini metro filled it with 45 gallon drums and turned it upside down in the ditch filled it over with soil and drove over the floor pan onto the site  ,ditches, boulders, earth mounds and tree trunks are easy to get by really. But it is the lack of old stopping grounds that folk wanted as family walks etc that is forcing folk to park up where their not wanted..

Someone owns all land. Common land just means certain groups have certain common rights on it, not that it's a free for all.

The British people are totally laid back and forgiving....Muslims cut a Mans head of on our streets and there is no real backlash against anyone....so when the whole country hates pikeys there is, perhaps a reason behind it.

Yes there are thousands of decent travellers....there is good and bad in all...but if 5 groups use a stopping place and 3 of those groups create carnage the local dislike for travellers is not due to hatred/prejudice /racism...it's due to the amount of scumbags in that community.

We are told travellers don't go to the police, they sort things out themselves with their own communities......well sort the scum out.

Most of us would be happy if a group of harmless travellers stopped a while, the problem is when the caravans pull up the vast majority know what will follow in the majority of cases

Difference seems to be, people can say what they like about travellers without fear of anyone saying anything.........and rightfully so, people should be able to express an opinion about anybody or anything.

However, some bloke in Croydon dares to ask a Muslim about why they keep killing innocent folk all over the world and the full force of Her Majesty's police turn up and cart him away to the cells.

That my friends, is bollocks !

The fact is, nobody is going to do anything because folk in England never do......they puss and moan but are in fact to scared because they have too much to loose.

The law will be coming round and f***ing you like you don't believe if you put your head above the parapet......the true frustration is not really about "pikeys" or "pakis" although that is a real problem, no, the true frustration must be knowing how impotent we are to do what's right because the government has you all by the plums.

Everyone has had it too easy for years, nobody wants to rock the boat.
