That's what I'm leaning towards, it's hard not to put on the tinfoil hat on where Fury is concerned. It's funny how you hear some shouting "He's cut!" When there is no blood, his gloves is clearly clean when he dabs at his eye and there's no blood dripping on the floor. I know cuts don't always bleed immediately but how would someone at ringside knows he's cut when there's no sign at that exact point.
paddyluke 784
in the video the punch looked like it was on the jaw, fury rubs his eye with white glove and no blood,it looks like his eye would have been well protected with that headguard??

I've done the best I can and caught the frame where contact was made , your right it's an elbow for sure but it does appear to strike him higher in the face than the jaw , in the video you can see fury puts his head down into it . I don't know, from what I could make out it hit I'm in the jaw area, the best way is to watch it on YouTube and slow the footage down, I'll have a look now, but, the lack of blood and the screaming from ringside that he's cut is a strange one. Corkhill 87
Slowing it down to 0.25x speed on YouTube convinces me even more that the elbow connected on the jaw, I think it's a bluff. It's around the 15 sec mark.
paddyluke 784
this youtube video says 'AN ELBOW DOES THAT DAMAGE!', Mark Tibbs does not say it was caused by an elbow, what he does say that "if" an elbow caught fury then it would be possible for it to cause a cut

Corkhill 87
Another thing to raise suspicions, Dodgy Donny Dave Allen who used to be a stablemate with Fury and who has sparred with him many times as mentioned that he's never seen Fury wear head gear when sparring in camp, was the head guard on to conceal this cut that we never saw on the video footage, footage that could have been filmed at any time. Mark Tibbs said that the punch looked low and just caught the whiskers and "if" the elbow came through it would be possible for it to cause a cut but Mark Tibbs did not seen that happen??, we all know the cut is genuine but we don't know the genuine cause of the cut?? NEWKID 27,158
More than likely it's genuine, I think it is...but this is the problem.when the Fury circus is involved, there's always these questions... forgetting this latest "unfortunate incident"..his track record in actually getting in the ring with credible opponents is shocking... times running out now and I'll be glad it's all over to be honest

paddyluke 784
Just now, Dutch said: Perhaps he’s not really cut, it could be the work of a top make-up artist? is that what you really believe or do you think that fury is such a honest guy that he would not deceive any one to suit his own agenda??
