Think Fury will rip the piss regarding any purse split, but Joshua needs to take what’s offered if he wants his shot at Fury, and to give the British boxing public what they’ve been crying out for. I’ll look forward to AJ’s response. Hopefully he won’t duck the chance like Fury did a few years ago. I think both fighters owe the public this fight.

Joshua well beaten twice by Usyk, but proved he was better than Ruiz in the rematch, but surely still in the handful of best HW’s in the world.., no? And other than Usyk, I wouldn’t pay to watch Fury fight anyone else…, would you? Take away all the fan boy stuff and ‘who’d beat who’ speculation, I believe Fury HAS to actually beat the best in the division to prove he’s the best. That’s now Usyk, but for a long time it was Joshua. Even with no belts on the line, the majority of UK boxing fans still want to see Fury and AJ matched to find out who actually wins. I think for AJ its Fury or retirement…, and I think Fury knows that and will just mess with him and Hearn without ever making the fight, because that’s what he does best. I’ll admit that a few years ago I thought Joshua had the beating of Fury, but Fury would be my clear favourite now. I’d just like to see him shut up now and get in the ring and back up all the “7 days a week and twice on a Sunday” boasting…, otherwise to me as an average Joe boxing fan, his mouth will be his legacy rather than his record of beating an old man, an extremely suspect ‘champion’ three times (what for?), Dillian Whyte and a bunch of fcukin journeymen. Please don’t come back with any opinions on what Fury could or would do with Joshua…, or Usyk, I’ve heard it all before. I’m only interested in them proving who’s the best in the ring. 4

I agree and Joshua has proven he isn’t so why should fury waste his time on him? once Joshua has proved himself against wilder maybe talk then?

Regardless of the belt he had, I don’t rate him higher than some names on AJ’s record. Just my opinion, and proves nothing regards Fury v Joshua.

Refer to my previous point. “Waste his time”…, who else would you want to see Fury fight next (other than Usyk)? I simply want to see Fury v Joshua to settle any debate once and for all. Sick to death of the Insta/Twitter gobshite nonsense, which it has to be said comes mainly from Fury. Talk of Joshua needing to beat Wilder to prove he’s worthy of a match up with Fury is just petty fan boy nonsense. Talking of which, Max will no doubt be along in a minute to tell us again what Fury could do to AJ. 1

To be honest the only fight that makes sense is usyk. call me fan boy all you like basically this is all hypocritical as both of us aren’t experts in the world of boxing. why shouldn’t aj fight wilder to prove his worth?

THE STIFFMEISTER 15,679
Absolutely deluded just cause you’ve said it doesn’t mean your the soothsayer you claim to be ffs , plenty people have seen through what was presented to the public as the best thing since Eubank but fell way short . however therein lies the crux … if you were to believe fury , that Joshua is a built up puncher , with no skills , a robot , useless and not fit to match against him …..that he’s an easy night . why has fury made a show of dodging him until he’s out of the way ? Irrelevant. If Joshua is a bum , a dosser , the truth was always that fury never fancied him for some reason . if it was always such a walkover , why has he never given the British boxing public the fight they have craved for years , at Wembley , fury vs Joshua ?? That will always be his legacy imho , he’s bottled it
