Ray , Fury could be playing a dangerous game winding wilder up but you can also see why Fury has gone down this route. Wilder will be even more reckless in this fight if Fury starts to clown him which is a very good possibility as Wilders boxing is poor and if you take a way his big right hand punch he has nothing, even after 40 fights his resume is still terrible.Fury could very well get "jobbed" in this fight,we have seen how Wilder got out of fighting Povetkin with a bogus failed drug test and we also seen how the fight doctor intervened at the end of the sixth round (iirc) to buy Wilder precious time after Ortiz had him almost done. I think the fight happens but could well end up being a controversial contest, hopefully not though and its all above board . Edited October 8, 2018 by MickC

Here we go, the world of boxing will do anything to keep Fury down and are racist against gypsies blah blah blah. Let's see. Never know he might sign up. If he doesn't it doesn't say the fight won't happen just that the belt won't be up for grabs. If he is clean now why wouldn't he sign up? Surely he wants to clear his name? I can't think of any reason not too other than a possible fail.

ryaldinhio 4,704
Just watched the latest instalment on YouTube I'm starting to think he is actually guna show up. He is not messing and he is more focussed than I have seen him. Finally looking like a Fury in a place mentally where he can show his talent. 1
MickC 1,825
Ryaldinhio That's Fury's biggest problem keeping himself motivated which is hard to understand as Warren has paid him 5 million a fight for his two comeback fights so he's already earned 10 million this year so far. Hearn had offered him 3 million a fight for 3 comeback fights but Fury also knew he would have to fight all of Hearns Heavyweights before getting a fight with Joshua. Fury obviously went with the higher offer from Warren and jumped straight In at the first chance to fight Wilder. Fury will probably retire again after the fights with Wilder and Joshua especially if he is able to stay unbeaten, not an easy ask but he could well pull it off.
