Long story short. My daughter had a man assault the security guards, then the Police where she works. The above offences were commited by the man. What, if any punishment will he get ??

 

Just curious, as she's still a little shaken up.

As said depends on his previous, the severity of the assualts and how he pleads etc, I'd definitely expect him to get a custodial though

There's a lot of variables to consider to give a sentence time if it's minor aggravated robbery and assault 12 month to 3 years but no doubt he will plead drug problems ect and get it reduced.

. My oldest daughter was a manageress at ladbrooks until she got a gun shoved in her face hope your daughter is feeling better soon these scumbags don't realise the hurt they leave behind.

Taking car without owners consent , not sure if that's the same as stealing a car. Could be classed as using someone else's car even family members and not being named on insurance. You gotta say you didn't let em lend your car otherwise they blame the car owner and think they can crush your car.

 

The sentence will depend on a few things

 

1) whether he pleads guilty (will be more lenient)

2) the judge

3) the level of assault etc, if he injured the copper then they might throw the book at him.

I'll take a punt at them getting sentenced to 4 months,they'll probably do about 5-6 weeks.

 

And that's only because he assaulted a copper,probably only a month (in for a week) without that.
