Inside And Outside Dogs?

Recommended Posts

My own dogs are kennelled, but I do allow them in the house. As pups they are constantly in from when I get home from work till bedtime then back out to kennel, I think its important bonding time with them and also house trains them. Allways handy if you go away with them. But I have rules, a big NO for me is dogs on the sofa and there not allowed upstairs. I allow them in the kitchen and dining room on the wood floor but not in front room. They wont even go in when doors open or go upstairs as they no its forbidden. I like a nice tidy clean house and have no wish to live in a kennel. Over the past twenty plus years of keeping dogs I have been in some smelly sh1t holes when they have had a pile of dirty dogs living in the houses lol, I wouldn't have a brew let alone sit on the sofa hahaha

This bitch is happy by the fire...     Or in her bed...     On the sofa...     Or in the field...

I like a dog about the house at times, every pup we get has a stint in the house..I think it really helps with the bond between dog and handler and it gives em great confidence from the very start.....
