You'll be lucky, I remember being in the same situation when I was a young lad. I had one of the best terriers I'd ever had the honour to own but didn't know of a bitch his equal.

anyone with there own strain will prob not outcross,you need a bitch that is not in a line breed which with anygood terrier especially a bitch will be hard to find as most terrier lads already have dogs lined up,hope ya find one mate

If I was in your shoes I think I'd get some straws taken off him and put into storage. Then if you don't find anyone who'll let you use their bitch you could try and source a really well bred bitch pup for yourself and a few years down the line use your current dog if still alive or the straws if he's no longer with you. All the best...
