Just wondering what colour the offspring tend to turn out if any one knows?

Usually white or normal coloured. Rare to get pied or anything more interesting than that.

Cheers.. Would you expect to get more normal coloured or white chicks in the clutch?

Now I don't know much about pheasants but I've bred snakes with colour mutations (morphs) in the past and unless the normal is carrying the leucistic gene I'd expect to get all normals in the clutch. If you went on to breed one of these chicks with a leucistic bird you should get a split of both normals and leucistics in the clutch.
