downsview 448 Posted March 17, 2016 Report Share Posted March 17, 2016 I personally quite like the dogsd I've seen that have bloodf in them going back to golly ,in preban days if a dog was taking a lot of deer it would be better to asume it wouldn't be great with sheep,not always the case but better safe than sorry,in myu limited experience of sheep worrying dogs 9 out of 10 times there pet dogs,most poaching lurcher men don't want to draw any more attention the necessary and a dog killing sheep does just that,I've had dogs I knew would defginatly kill sheep but I've always been lucky to have plenty of land with no sheep on it,slagging a line of dog off because it kills sheep is stupid the problem is at the other end of the leed. 4 Quote Link to post
