Dawn B 212
Most likely to do with his diet. What is he fed and at what time?
J Darcy 5,871
Hi buddy, are you sure it's acid reflux and not a problem with his pancreas? Try cutting all fat out of his diet for ten days as a trial if you think it might be the pancreas...
trapliner 92
Mostly fed meat with few wetted biscuits feeding pasta and chicken for a week not brought any bile up for day and half now so hoping on the mend
Dawn B 212
Bile reflux especially in young dogs is often due to them being hungry. Especially over night or in the morning. He will be getting more carbs from the pasta and it will be feeding him better. Id suggest feeding him early, something in the early afternoon then late in the evening. Terriers are high energy dogs and when they get hungry they often do bring up bile, likewise other active breeds.
