Is ok to feed cooked liver to my mutts?

 

Mrs has just cooked liver and onions but its minging lol

a bit of cooked liver is good for them, its full of iron, good stuff in small amounts but only a bit once or twice a week because its so rich in vitamins you can overdo it

Liver ok. Onions not ok, they can cause hemolytic anemia in dogs if eaten regularly. Probably safe enough to have a bit once in a blue moon.

I get a whole ox liver for 3 euro and feed it once a week. I eat a bit of it myself too .

Good for dogs but only once or twice aweek...use to give old dog liver when he was a pup...it was cheap then think it was 30p or 50p a pack out super markets ten year ago. No idea what it costs now
