Arry 21,820
Not much beauty in this baking tray, made me laugh though. Sunday did a nice joint of belly pork, cooked it slow for 3 hours then whacked the heat up high for 30 mins to get some good crackling. Well when I took it out all was good except wifey moaning at the smitch of the baking tray, so I put it outside to cool off. Of course I forgot it, wifey called me outside to see this. A Hedgehog had been in it and the walked up the path with little greasy footprints every were. I'm alway in the shit just varies in depth. Lol. Cheers Arry 2

Nicepix 5,650
I've only got a bridge camera these days. Can't compete with Pinnacle & Arry's beautiful macro shots, but I still enjoy a bit of nature photography. I got the urge again this evening. That's about as much as I can manage these days. I found an old shot from about 10 years ago on the old compute from the days when I used to have a decent macro set-up....... Worth framing that rainbow coloured leaf well nice that. I've only a bridge myself Nicepix (Panasonic Lumix FZ150) but very flattered you putting me in that league. I would love a DSLR with a range of good lenses but have to many hobbies. To be honest it's not a bad little camera the FZ150 it's light has a good Leica lens. It's great what wildlife is just in the garden. Cheers Arry

Looks like mine is a much older version of the one that you have. It is fine for most things but tracking fast moving targets, particularly in macro focus mode isn't good. Scenic, landscape and still life shots I can't grumble at. Can't justify the €600 needed to buy the latest version. I've always been into photography and done quite well in competitions and even sold a few photos to magazines until 2006 when a serious eye injury meant that I couldn't use a view finder. That condition lasted about two years so I sold all I had in film cameras and the Fuji S2 digital camera gear too. At the time I had a Linhof field camera, Mamiya RB67 outfit, Contax RTSiii outfit, Contax G2 rangefinder and a load of Zeiss and Contax vintage stuff that I'd bought on ebay with the profits from other vintage camera sales. I found that I could buy an old camera on the German ebay site for £40 - £60 then sell it on the American ebay site to the States, Korea or Japan for three or four times what I paid for it. Or I'd buy a complete outfit for around £200 - £250 from Germany and then sell the individual parts off and make a grand. It was good while it lasted and I made over £10,000 on the sales of the film camera outfits that became redundant as a result of my injury - just before the digital age wiped their values to a fraction . I haven't got many of the old photos on this computer as I lost a load of images when the hard drive became corrupted, but I've still got all the slides somewhere. Keep at it mate. You have talent. 1
